What to Watch Tonight: The Starter Wife
The Starter Wife will premiere tonight at 9pm (check local listing for time) on the USA network. Debra Messing will star as Molly Kagan a newly divorced mom trying to rediscover her life and new status.
The Starter Wife is a best selling book written by Gigi Levangie Grazer.

The LEVECHARITY bracelet is available for $475 with $100 per bracelet benefiting its corresponding charity. On LOVEDAY, June 8th, 10% of all sales from the LOVE collection will benefit the partnered organizations.

Is Payless Committing Copyright Infringement on Tory Burch?
According to WWD, River Light V, which produces the Tory Burch line, filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in March against Wanted Stores Inc., Orva Stores and A&E Stores Inc., which does business as Strawberry Stores. The lawsuit alleged that all three companies sold shoes that infringe on Tory Burch's Reva ballet flat trademark.
The Reva is the "Must Have Flat" (see pictures below). Will Payless also be mentioned in a infringement lawsuit? Payless is currently selling a "Reva" like flat called the Crest Ballet Flat (see pictures below). The Payless flat is very similar to the Tory Burch Reva flat. Is this inspiration or copying?

Two Shows to Watch Tonight

Friday's Happy Hour Drink
Since Pirates of the Caribbean 3 is out, I thought I would offer two pirate inspired cocktails.
Maiden No More (drinkmixer.com)
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz triple sec
1 tsp brandy
1 oz lemon juice
Directions
1. Combine ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

** French luxury brand Sisley announced the opening of its first spa on May 14th at the Byblos Hotel, Saint-Tropez, in the South of France. The spa includes a retail area offering the full line of Sisley products, three treatment rooms, a steam room, a “Vichy shower” for aromatherapy treatment, and a private suite for couples, with side-by-side massage facilities and a steam bath.
** According to the StarTribune.com, Wisconsin bar owner ticketed for beer tap trick. Ray Wendt used a Miller Lite tap to serve Coors Light. He said he told customers they were drinking Colorado beer, not that from nearby Milwaukee. The bar owner's attempt to avoid wasting leftover beer got him a sharp reprimand and a $172 ticket. "It was an honest mistake," protested Wendt, who plans to fight the ticket.

NEW YORK - Coco Myles, an interactive online boutique for special occasion dresses where the customers become the fashion designers, announced the addition of 6 new gown styles in its Celebrity Inspired Collection, including those similar to red carpet styles recently word by Halle Berry and Angelina Jolie.
At Coco Myles, fashion meets technology, creating an interactive, empowering shopping experience where customers can design their own gowns - choosing the style, color, beading and size, all based on current dress trends and celebrity-inspired red carpet couture.

How it Works
Coco Myles offers two distinct fashion lines. For special occasions like prom, sorority balls, black-tie affairs, beauty pageants, and charity auctions, the Celebrity Inspired Collection features over twenty gowns inspired by those worn by celebrities like Beyonce, Hilary Swank, the stars of Desperate Housewives, and Jennifer Lopez. Coco Myles adds special touches such as a modification of the skirt silhouette to enhance the versatility of the dress and customers can often further customize the gown by color, fabric, and trim.
For weddings, bridesmaids, holiday parties, and other special events, the Custom Couture line offers fashionable gown styles including a junior bridesmaid dress and several maternity options. Using the Coco Myles technology, customers assemble a dress comprised of one of seven different style tops and six different style skirts, which then combine to become a single gown. The customer then selects a fabric, (satin, charmeuse, or georgette), optional beading style, size, and one of seventeen color choices. If desired, customers can also select a shawl or sash in a coordinating color and beading.
After ordering, each garment is then hand cut and sewn by Coco Myles dressmakers.. The dresses are shipped directly from dressmakers to customers without the need for middlemen or retailers, often resulting in a custom-creation that costs significantly less than its store-bought alternative. Turn-around time is about six weeks.

Weird and Ugly Women's Shoes from the L.A.M.B Shoe Collection
Gwen Stefani has a very unique and distinctive style but these shoes are kind of ugly in my opinion.
I think she has an interesting approach to fashion but I can't see any woman actually wearing these let alone spending the top price for such trendy shoes.

A Great Find: The Hee Chair
The Hee Chair was designed by Hee Welling. The inspiration for this chair was from refrigerator shelves.
I think this is great because you can use it indoors or out because of the durable powder-coated finish (which means no rusting). I like how different it is being not the traditional chair.
This is a chair I can see on someone's patio, balcony or for lounging around the pool.

Look who's Mr. Popular now, Milo Ventimiglia. Since starring in the hit show Heroes, people are talking about him. Ventimiglia has been acting for quite some time now but now he's getting a lot of attention. He had a pretty good fan base from a role on Gilmore Girls but nothing compared to Heroes.
