During the winter my cuticles get really dry and what I found that works is Carol's Daughter Lemon and Jojoba Cuticle Oil ($9.50 for .5 fl. oz, carolsdaughter.com). This winter nail essential conditions and moisturizes my cuticles and nails without any greasy leftover residue. Plus, it has a great scent but not to over powering which is great for those who can't stand a loud scent.
