Model Watch: Hye Park

Hye (pronounced "hi") Park was discovered in July 2004, when she went to an open casting at the University of Utah. She was a sophomore at the time. Even with her girl next door looks and appeal, she can easily go from the glam of Roberto Cavalli to the punk style of Heatherette. According to an article in PAPERMAG, Park still lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, where her family moved when she was 13 from Seoul, Korea. "I don't really like New York," whispers the model. "It's too crowded. I like Paris better. It's more quiet and fun."

This highly sought after model is currently signed to four modeling agencies: Trump Model Management (New York), Take 2 Models (London), Why Not Models (Milan) and CITY Models (Paris).

Park has graced the runway for some of the top designers such as: Dolce & Gabbana, Oscar de la Renta, Anna Sui, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, Burberry Prorsum, Monique Lhullier, La Perla, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, Zac Posen, Alexander McQueen, Carolina Herrera and Blumarine just to name a few.

She has also graced the covers of various magazines including US Vogue, Paris Vogue and China Vogue. Park was also been featured in campaignes for Roberto Cavailli, Dolce & Gabbana, H&M and M.A.C Cosmetics just to name a few.
