Friday's Happy Hour Drink: Sake Julep

Sake Julep
Served at Bao 111 in New York City

Ingredients

1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 ripe diced peach
1 1/2 ounces sake
1 ounce vodka
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
Tonic

Directions

1. Place mint and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Then muddle ingredients.
2. Add peach. Then muddle again.
3. Pour in Sake. Then shake.
4. Add vodka, lime juice and ice. Then shake again.
5. Strain over ice in a tall glass. Then top with tonic.
6. Add extra diced peaches.
