A gift I would like to suggest is this Harry Potter seven hardcover book boxset ($116.99, Amazon.com). It's perfect for a new Harry Potter fan because they can get all seven books at one time. The books come in a cardboard box that resembles a steamer trunk and has a plastic lock and handles. Also included are decorative souvenir Hogwarts stickers.
Why I would recommend this product is you get all seven hardcover books for a such a great price compared to purchasing each book separately which would cost you around $195.00. Though there are some who are disappointed with the cardboard packaging, at least to me the books are the main focus not the packaging. Perhaps if you know someone who's good with building things maybe they can create a great wooden box for the books.
