Health Tip: Exercising Can Improve the Health of your Eyes

Exercise may help prevent glaucoma, which is the leading cause of hereditary loss of eyesight or blindness. According to a study conducted at Mississippi State University in Starkville, exercising reduce the pressure behind the eyes.

Why not try to squeeze in a few minutes of exercise? It can be something simple like walking or structured such as joining an intramural sports team. Whatever it is just get off the couch.
