One of my good friends, A., is totally obsessed with the new Harry Potter film so I thought I would post this cocktail, Phoenix Obession (which is so be fitting of her).
Phoenix Obsession (recipe from Associated Content)
Ingredients:
1 oz. ABSOLUT KURANT vodka
½ oz. tropical-fruit flavored liqueur
½ oz. crème de cassis
2 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 orange wedge
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well
2. Strain into a chilled, sugar rimmed martini glass.
3. Garnish with a fresh orange wedge
Remember: Drink Responsibly and Don't Drink & Drive.
