As I wrote in a previous post, the appeal of Green Tea has not died down. In fact it's now being added to liquor and one to try is Domaine Charbay Green Tea Vodka (price: $29-35 depending on size). According to Charbay's website, it took nearly five years to create this Green Tea flavored vodka.
I was given a sample at a networking event and I found it to be quite delicious. You can definitely taste the green tea but it's not too overpowering. The bartender at the event used it to make a green tea martini. It blends quite easily without any after taste. I would suggest you try it for yourself to see if you like it.
Charbay can be found at most wine & spirits stores and if not you can ask your favorite store to order some for you. To make it easier here is a list of their distributors.
