One to Watch: Evan Ross

Evan Ross is the son of legendary singer Diana Ross and younger brother of actresses Rhonda Ross Kendrick and Tracee Ellis Ross.

Evan had two outstanding breakout roles, the first in the 2006 hit "ATL" starring Tip "T.I." Harris and the 2007 HBO independent film "Life Support" starring Queen Latifah. He was also in the movie "Pride" starring Terrence Howard, Bernie Mac, Kimberly Elise and Tom Arnold.

Evan has an upcoming movie: "Gardens of the Night" starring newcomer Gillian Jacobs, Tom Arnold and Jemery Sisto. This movie deals with teenagers facing foster care, abuse and being homeless.

I havent seen Diana Ross' sons work yet, but it must be great being Diana Ross child, the breaks you get..they say you must have the talent though your name only gets you in the door..but getting in the door is a blessing...But Dianas other children, wonder what was wrong with Silberstein, or maybe their father changed his to Ellis so why not? Cant help the publicity..

I think Evan is a good actor. I do agree that he probably got his foot in door earlier than most due to his famous mother but he is a very talented actor.

I see his career going far.
