For the Yoga Girl on the Go

A few days ago, I was talking with a friend about pretty much anything and then the conversation turned to trying to find time to work out especially while traveling for business.

She's a total yogaholic. She would love to squeeze in some yoga time on the road but doesn't have room in her bag nor does she feel like luging her mat around.

I told her about Yoga-Paws ($29.95, yogasyz.com), which are these non-slip gloves and socks. I told her I've been using mine for about a couple of months. They're comfortable and easy to use. You can pretty much use them on almost any surface, which is good because almost every hotel room is carpeted.

They are like little mats for your hands and feet. Even if you're not traveling you can still use these for days you don't feel like taking your mat to yoga class.
The good thing is they're small enough to stash in you tote bag or desk drawer.
