Elle Decor Features Socialite Aerin Lauder's NY Homes

Elle Decor features the Manhattan apartment and Hampton home of Aerin Lauder in the July/August issue. Lauder (who is also featured on the cover) is the granddaughter of the legendary Estée Lauder and currently serves as the senior vice president and creative director of Estée Lauder.

Lauder honors Estée’s style, but that doesn’t mean everything has stayed the same. She and her husband, Eric Zinterhofer, have expanded the house (which she inherited from her grandmother), where they spend most weekends and holidays, to better accommodate their active life with their two young sons. And not every tradition remains valid. She laughs as she reports, “Last year a friend decided to light up one of my grandfather’s cigars from the 1960s that we had kept around for sentimental reasons. He said, ‘This tastes funny,’ and I said, ‘Well, it should!’”

Bee Shaffer, More Than Just Anna Wintour's Daughter

Katherine "Bee" Shaffer is the daughter of the most powerful woman in fashion, Anna Wintour.

Being the daughter of Mrs. Wintour does have it's perks, because not only is she able to sit in the front row during some of fashion weeks top shows. She's also fortunate to be styled by designers such as Oscar de la Renta, Dior, Zac Posen, and more.

But, she is more than just Anna Wintour's daughter, Ms. Shaffer is currently a student at the prestigious Columbia University in NYC. She used to write a style column for the London Telegraph, a British newspaper. She stopped writing her column to better concentrate on her studies.

Bee is quickly being named a young style icon among her peers for her classic and lady like style at events. However, as a typical college student she embraces jeans and sweats for attending class as she stated in one of her past style columns.

In the past, she has interned at Teen Vogue which included helping to compile the magazine's annual Hollywood issue and assisting with planning events. She is also involved with helping various charities such organizing events for The Fistula Foundation.

Though in the past she has received plenty of attention and many opportunites just for being Anna Wintour's Daughter, she is now getting attention from her own achievements.
